The Public Initiative: 75 Years of Conservation in Missouri

    It is time to start thinking about the 2012 Missouri Natural Resources Conference. We would like to see you at the event, ready to advertise and sell your products and services. The conference will be held from February 1-3, 2012 at Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach. This conference continues to grow and we expect another turnout of 900 – 1,000 participants.
 

Conference attendees represent a mix of state and federal agencies, volunteers, local environmentally-oriented groups, and the general public - with the common interest being Missouri’s natural resources. The attendees purchase, and recommend equipment and material through their employers, as well as spend time searching for gifts and items to use in their personal lives. This is a good opportunity to reach a large group of people with a variety of backgrounds and interests.
 

Windgate Hall has once again been reserved as the conference exhibition hall. This room will be the site of the Wednesday evening social/meal, all coffee breaks, continental breakfasts, and lunches. For 2012, we have again scheduled all possible food and beverage events, except the Awards Program, in Windgate Hall to encourage increased traffic flow.
 

“Exhibit booths will include: an 8’x10’ booth space, drapes, rails, table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and a printed identification sign. Requests for additional equipment, electricity, audiovisual, or telephone service must be made and paid for via theTan-Tar-A Exhibitor form. If you intend to exhibit any form of vehicle/equipment containing flammable or hazardous materials, please provide details on your reservation form. Exhibit material may be shipped prepaid to Page & Brown Convention Services, 5744 Chapel Drive, Osage Beach, MO 65065. Shipped material must be clearly labeled and no collect shipments will be accepted.”
 

Commercial Exhibitors Registration Includes: Two complete conference registrations & two name tags for those listed on the enclosed contract. Any additional registrations will need to be purchased through the Conference Registration process.
 

Not-For-Profit/Governmental/Artist Registrations Includes: One complete conference registration & one nametag for the exhibitor listed on the enclosed contract. Any additional registrations will need to be purchased through the Conference Registration process.
 

Exhibits may be set-up between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 pm on Wednesday, February 1st. Exhibit removal may begin after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2nd, although exhibitors are encouraged to be on hand for the Friday morning breakfast. Exhibits must be removed by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 3rd.
 

To reserve your space, please complete and return the booth rental agreement. Return the form and payment to: “Missouri Natural Resources Conference” C/O Yvette Amerman at the address below. The registration deadline is January 13, 2012. If you are interested in recruiting at the student job fair, we encourage you to make arrangements by contacting the studentjob fair committee.
